About Us - Robert Swope - Career Highlights![]() Career Highlights Robert Swope has directed, produced, edited, and performed in highly acclaimed entertainment events ranging from live sports and music telecasts, to circus and awards presentations. As a pioneer in Multi-Camera High Definition Television, he has set several world firsts in the production of live and taped events, DVD and the Internet. He was awarded an EMMYâ for Best Live Broadcast in 2008, and eight Stellar Awards between 2005 and 2007. Swope has been nominated for three EMMYâ Awards, three GRAMMYâ Awards, and over a dozen Stellar Awards in his career. Swope is a current member of The Nashville Chamber of Commerce, The Mayors Music Association Task Force (founding member), The Nashville Association of Talent Directors (Board of Directors & Past President), and The Recording Academy/NARAS and The Television Academy/NATAS.
